RESPONSE FROM GREVE TO A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

Video from last Friday at the fire station in Greve with Beredskab 4K, who just before shift change were dispatched to a minor traffic accident on the Køge Bay highway near Hundige.

The crew responded 1+3 in the basictruck, and shortly after the incident commander from Geminivej came rushing past.

BRYN BRANNSTASJON

bryn brannstasjon er bestemt et kig vær hvis man kommer til oslo en dag.
ikke grundet stationens overflade som bære præg af sin midlertidige status men mere grundet det der er bag portende.

brandstationen som også er kendt som eikenga brannstasjon blev opført i 2020 for kun at skulle stå i 3 år indtil en helt ny hovedbrandstation i samme område skulle opføres. projektet er dog midlertidigt lagt på is bl.a på grund af et det blev for dyrt.

hvornår en ny hovedbrandstation står færdig er endnu uvist og brandfolkene forventer fortsat at skulle være på den midlertidige i mindst 5-10 år endnu.
på trods af historien er stationen en af Oslo brann- og redningsetat vigtigste i det at hele brandvæsnets indsatsledelse har base her samt at redningsstyrken OSSR operasjonstøtte og spesialredning ligeledes også er placeret her.

ossr sendes på de fleste redningsopgaver i hele kommunen lige fra elevatorstop dyreredning trafikulykker og til komplicerede redningsaktioner så som sammenstyrtning/usar
højderedning i bjerge og bygninger
tunge rednings og løfte opgaver i forbindelse med uheld i trafikken her blandt også sporvogne.
derudover har de også andre opgaver ifb med brand f.eks indsats med slukningsrobotten luf60.

på stationen er der også en lokal styrke hvis lokal distrikt er øst for midtbyen den består bl.a af 2 basisvogne/sprøjter O61 og O62 hvilket gør at de ofte supplere de mindre nabostationer f.eks groud og kastellet.

basisvognen O62 er også særlig pakket til kompliceret og lang røgdykningsvej som desuden er et speciale for alle mand på brandstationen.

brandstyrken består af 12-14 mand på døgnvagt her 1 indsatsleder 7-9 på lokalstyrken samt 4 mand i ossr gruppen.

desuden er bryn brannstasjon scandinaviens travleste med cirka 5-6.000 årlige udkald så der er næsten altid trafik med ind eller udkørsel.

Oslo brann- og redningsetat dækker over oslo kommuner med 7 brandstationer 730.000 indbyggere og med cirka 14.000 årlige udrykninger.

BRYN FIRE STATION

Bryn Fire Station is definitely worth a visit if you come to Oslo one day.
Not because of the station’s exterior, which clearly reflects its temporary status, but rather because of what lies behind the doors.

The fire station, also known as Eikenga Fire Station, was built in 2020 and was originally only meant to stand for three years, until a brand-new main fire station in the same area was to be constructed. However, the project has been temporarily put on hold, partly because it became too expensive.

When a new main fire station will be completed is still unknown, and the firefighters expect to remain at the temporary station for at least another 5–10 years.
Despite this background, the station is one of the most important within Oslo brann- og redningsetat, as the entire incident command units of the fire service is based here, and the rescuecrew OSSR – Operational Support and Special Rescue is also located here.

OSSR is dispatched to most rescue operations throughout the municipality, ranging from elevator entrapments, animal rescues, and traffic accidents, to complex rescue operations such as building collapses/USAR,
high-angle rescue in mountains and buildings,
heavy rescue and lifting operations related to traffic accidents, including trams.

In addition, they also have tasks related to fire incidents, such as operations with the firefighting robot LUf60.

The station also hosts a local response crew whose district covers the area east of the city center. This crew includes two basic trucks/pumps, O61 and O62, which means they often support smaller neighboring stations such as Grorud and Kastellet.

The basic unit O62 is specially equipped for complex and long-distance smoke diving operations, which is also a specialty shared by all firefighters stationed here.

The station’s on-duty crew consists of 12–14 personnel per 24-hour shift:
1 incident commander,
7–9 firefighters in the local crew,
and 4 personnel assigned to the OSSR unit.

In addition, Bryn Fire Station is Scandinavia’s busiest fire station, with approximately 5,000–6,000 emergency responses per year, meaning there is almost always traffic either entering or leaving the station.

Oslo brann- og redningsetat covers the Municipality of Oslo with 7 fire stations, approximately 730,000 inhabitants, and around 14,000 emergency responses annually.

NYT KAMERA TAGET I BRUG

sidste uge blev et nyt fotokamera taget i brug.
panasonic tz90 erstatter panasonic tz95 som jeg havde en del elektroniske problemer med og til sidst også problemer med fokussering.
kameraet havde taget 1.992.534 billeder siden 2020 hvor jeg fik tz95.

mit nye tz90 er faktisk en ældre model fra 2017 men måske lidt bedre for mig at se. det er købt brugt på dba for 2.500 og har taget 30.109 billeder da jeg fik det.

NEW CAMERA PUT INTO USE

Last week, a new camera was put into use.

The Panasonic Lumix DC-TZ90 replaces the Panasonic Lumix DC-TZ95, which I had experienced a number of electronic issues with and eventually also problems with focusing in last times of its life.

The TZ95 had taken 1,992,534 photos since 2020, when I got it.

My new TZ90 is actually an older model from 2017, but in some ways perhaps slightly better suited for me. It was bought second-hand on DBA for 2,500 DKK and had taken 30,109 photos when I received it.

enheden er specialiseret i flytning af primært biler f.eks fra større veje i forbindelse med uheld og bruges også til at løfte biler op fra f.eks kajkant som er kørt i vandet hvilket den kan gøre med vinch/spill på 5 og 10 tons i samarbejde med grillliften bagpå.

selve kranen kan nå 26 meter og kan løfte 9 tons i 2 meters udlæg og 1300 kilo i 10 meters udlæg.

køretøjet er en volvo fm årgang 2008 og et af Oslo brann- og redningsetat ældste køretøjer i drift nyt køretøj/kroghejs forventes at ersatte i nærmere fremtid.

OSLO’S MOVING TRUCK

At Bryn Fire Station, the rescue group is based, also known as OSSR – Operations Support and Special Rescue. They operate this heavy flatbed truck with a crane.

The unit is specialized in moving primarily vehicles, for example from major roads following accidents, and is also used to lift cars from places such as quay edges after vehicles have ended up in the water. This is done using 5- and 10-ton winches in cooperation with the rear-mounted fork lift.

The crane itself has a reach of 26 meters and can lift 9 tons at a 2-meter outreach and 1,300 kilograms at a 10-meter outreach.

The vehicle is a Volvo FM from 2008 and is one of the oldest vehicles still in service with Oslo brann- og redningsetat.
A new vehicle with hooklift is expected to replace it in the near future.
